Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • During peak shopping seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 5–12 Business Days

  • United States: 6–15 Business Days

  • Europe: 7–18 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 Business Days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 Business Days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the products in your order.

From time to time, Sivasti may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if tracking is available for your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Sivasti is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities after an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require payment of a new shipping fee before reshipment.

Sivasti is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, help arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number, and your items may arrive on different dates.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries or regions due to shipping limitations or local regulations.

If we are unable to ship your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
